TerraFly GmbH uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in parts of its work. This page sets out where those tools are used, where they are not, and the human oversight that applies in every case.
1. Where We Use AI
AI technologies may be used to assist with the following:
- Drafting and refining website content
- Language translation
- Customer communications
- Administrative support
- Routing enquiries to the right person
2. Human Review and Approval
All aviation, operational, pricing, charter and safety-related information is reviewed and approved by a qualified human before it is published on this website or sent to a client. No such information reaches you without that check.
3. AI Is a Support Tool Only
AI is used solely as a support tool. It never replaces professional judgement or operational decision-making.
Decisions relating to charter arrangements, crew provision, aircraft suitability, safety and commercial terms remain with experienced aviation professionals.
4. AI-Generated Imagery
If AI-generated illustrations or concept images are ever used on this website, they will be clearly identified as such.
5. AI Assistants and Chatbots
We do not currently operate an AI chatbot. If one is introduced in future, it will clearly state that you are interacting with an AI assistant and not a member of our team.
Any important operational or commercial information provided by such an assistant should always be confirmed with a TerraFly representative before you rely on it.

As our use of these tools evolves, this page will be updated to reflect it. The current version is always available here.
